About once a week, Tivo stops respoding to either remote and we have to unplug it and reboot. If it was live TV, then the show keeps playing but you can't rewind or get to the Now Playing screen (the remotes will still power the TV on and off/switch TV input, and control volumn). The light on Tivo still flashes indicating it is getting some signal.
