So I went away from SWTOR for a while, and i'm trying to come back. However, I no longer have the cell that used for the security key. When I went to the forums to see what to do, EA says to click on the "lost security key" option and "Instructions will appear on how to remove your Security Key. Aft... But still using a security key isn't an option for me unless I can find one of the mobile security keys that were all the rage about 5 years ago because of those two limitations. Either that or I simply stay off the forums unless I am home. If you enter your username and password without the security key, you should get an option that says "lost your security key" which will let you remove it. Are you trying this in the launcher?
