I used the horse glitch to get back into the embassy and check Elenwen's Solar again, but it isn't there and also isn't in the reeling cave.

Originally the Dark Brotherhood stone and the Thalmor Embassy stone were the ones that you had one chance to get. They have since been moved to different locations so that you can get them. You still have to kill/join the dark brotherhood to get theirs but you can go into the cave before doing the Thalmor Embassy quest.

I've been trying to find all 24 Stones of Barenziah, so naturally, I looked them up on USEP and went to all the locations. I swear I have been to all of them and combed through them and I'm only at 23. Has anyone else had this happen?
