Tax liability from Nexbridge. I have xxxx shares of MMTPL I have my MOSS exit statagy set. My question is, I hold these shares in a retirement account, if I let a portion roll into Nextbridge. I assume I will be forced to pay taxes on the gains as well as a penalty for removing the assets from the retierment account.

I transferred my mmtlp from avanza to ibkr so I can at least sell when the moment is right. Ibkr is close only so no buying.. That's my 2150 shares I had on AF. I have additional 3097 shares in avanza retirement account that I cannot sell or transfer. Edit: the status is that mmtlp is going private under the name nextbridge.
