I have a platinum f150 2021. I added factory tow mirrors. I ordered them off the vin number of a truck exactly like mine with all same options but with tow mirrors. Added the door switch. Wiring is all there. If heated mirrors were offered on your truck, you just need to plug in the new mirrors. If you have 99-04 when heated mirrors were not offered you will need to make a new connection for the heat feature. You can just wire it to an "accessory on" wire, as that is how Ford has it wired.
