You need to chase her up three floors of a tower, interrupting her fatal song and navigating puzzles as you go. The Destiny 2 Newest Wish has a power requirement of 520, but a power recommendation of 550. So while you'll technically is able to enter the looting at the former number, it'll be essentially unattainable, and still, bloody tough at 530. Unfortunatly you cant reset it yourself. You ether have to wait till reset or join another fireteam at the beginning. Its times like these where I miss destiny 1. You should be able to reset the encounter from orbit. Hover over the last wish and see if there is an option yo reset it.
