I downloaded to Astro software to use my A40’s, and I followed the steps from several different YouTube tutorials on how to connect my A40’s to my PC, but I cannot get them to appear at all when I go into my sound settings. When I plug in the mix amp, it powers on, and I turn it to PC mode, but it won’t show up on my computer.

Just got A40 TR's delivered today and cannot get the command center to recognize the mixamp on PC/Windows 10. I used the USB cable that it came with, have it set to PC mode, have restarted computer and unplugged/plugged back in 100 times. I even tried a different USB to micro USB cable and same result. How common are faulty units?
I just spent the last hour trying to figure out how to get the firmware updated as it would always be stuck on step 0 for the update even after manually downloading the firmware.
