If you want to down heroic archimonde you need to be persistent with joining pugs. The best example for why people demand aotc is the garbage players you will see in non-aotc groups standing in fire and doing all sorts of dumb shit. All you can do is make sure you are not one of them and eventually you will get it done.

Aotc is just the kill for achievment, you usually dont get any gear. If you buy m+ carry, chances are they might offer armor stacking but then again, its at max 3 pieces of gear. A lot of folks out that stuff up there to whittle down the pool. Man ive spent hours at a time applying to every guldan group up to no avail. Last night linked the fake aotc group to first group I tried and insta invite. This is one of those cases where the group that'll take you isn't the group you want to go with.

AOTC and KSM are seasonal achievements so you cant get current season achievement in 9.1 which is when next season starts. it seems like each season lasts about 6 months so you have about 2 or more months to get those 2 achievements for this season. with valor badges coming back next reset, it should be alot easier for people to gear and it would then make getting these 2 achievements alot easier
