Yeah I typically don’t trade premarket but I use the scammers to identify top gappers based on the premarket trading. Then from there it’s important to keep a close eye on the technical patters to identify entry points and my exits are usually when the candlestick hits a resistance level (for example EMA, VWAP, All time high, etc).

Yep, I've found this repeatedly on all of the top gappers. I don't think I've found one that I've been able to trade yet, which is pretty frustrating if that's your strategy.
