I also loaded them in the Old Rem RXP cases with the CCI209 primer and everything else the same. This load was at 1165fps, 9,800psi. These loads came straight out of the IMR manual and I loaded them for over 25yrs. No this wad isn't the same as the SP20 wad. The SP20 wad is a 1oz wad and the W23678 wad was a 7/8oz wad.
Nov 12, 2021 · There isn't one. You probably need the SP20 due to the greatly increased volume of bismuth (it looks like they use a 1oz lead wad for 7/8oz of bismuth). The RXP20 is next closest, a 7/8oz lead wad, which would hold less weight in bismuth (5/8oz maybe), but you can't get those either. Take a look at some of the Ballistic Products/Precision ...
