I’m a second year there now and several of my classmates participated in these programs before matriculating and had great experiences! Forgot to mention that some of these programs ... First time applicant for WesternU and my application has been officially sent to the committee for review. Good luck to everyone!I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find an internship (especially for pre-vets/undergrads) that is paid. I've perused many an animal internship and can't think of one off the top of my head that is paid. A few will provide at least a small stipend for food, or allow on-site housing, but I'd say those are in the minority.

When you go to apply for vet school, you will use one application service for all your applications (or most of them, if you decide to apply to one of the few schools that does not use it) called Veterinary Medical College Application Service (VMCAS).Undergraduates must have completed at least 2 years of a 4 year pre-veterinary medicine or some other biomedical science program.
