An accessory with the same effect as a passive skill doesn't stack with that same skill. For example, Divine Pillar wields the Passive Skill "Firm Stance", however, if the Persona that you have active already has Firm Stance naturally, it doesn't stack with the Firm Stance granted by the accessory, henceforth, the accessory becomes obsolete.
