So, I'm looking for a recommended aftermarket 19 slide to give me the 45 whenever I want to run that. I saw something on here about Gen 4 slides not being 100% compatible.

My choice would be to add a magazine extension to the G19 mags, either a +1 or +2 depending on what fit your hand better. It's still not a G17 frame but should help.
