No, RXOM are essentially being groomed to be ASM. They have full scheduling and payroll powers. They also are supposed to have full manager privilege for registers and the such. In terms of current hierarchy the RXOM is not in the same unit as the SFL but is higher in the sense that they are a member of leadership while SFL is not.They wanted to check if a candidate could successfully handle job responsibilites.
