Rogue gets more skill increases. Rogue gets a steady 1d6 sneak vs flat footed, which can be done in a bunch of ways. Swashbuckler gets panache via tumbling through and belittling opponents. Panache gives you a bonus to tumble and belittle opponents. Finisher gives you 2d6 precision damage to start, even if opponent isn't flat footed.
