Petco has problems but the one thing we have over other chains is that vetcare is taken seriously and making full use of a vet isn’t a metric used against us (Petsmart is more likely to wait). Still dependent on the animal leader giving a shit, but most people in that position like animals more than people. Is petco grooming reliable?
