Hello. Our 2011 Outback Premium 2.5i driver side front window isn’t going down. My wife did get something caught in it, but it worked after that. The other 3 front door driver’s window switches work. After the dealer reset failed to correct the window bounce, the service writer just use a screwdriver to clean out gunk in the window's upper channel. Problem solved! The bounce was just caused by gunk blocking full closure.3. Go to the pass door, roll the window down, then roll all the way up and hold the button for a couple seconds. That should fix it. It's in the manual somewhere, but I read about it here.
