To solve the Nameless Ruins puzzle in Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous, you have to interact with certain sections of the lions head on the floor. I'm not sure if its a bug or intentional but downstairs it seems your characters can disappear for good, like old school BG when a character was disintegrated.
