In the app, tap the plus sign in the top right corner > Blood Glucose > Use as calibration. If it's that far off though I'd be worried it's a bad sensor. I guess I'd calibrate and see if that helps but not get my hopes up. My sensor is usually a little off for the first 24 hours. It usually takes a day to settle down.
