Exotic glaive pattern drop rate.
We had loot drop problems with Astral Alignment for supposedly the same reason. Wellspring is a 6-player activity with a ton of adds and ability spam. I know that the pattern comes from activity completion and not the chest, so I’m wondering if the this is problem could be in-play here. Just speculating.

Yesterday I completed the exotic glaive quest on my Warlock to get the Warlock exotic glaive. The other two are from Wellspring, but do I have to play on my hunter to get the hunter pattern, and similar for my Titan? Or can I keep playing my Warlock and they will drop either way? Please advise.

I'm pretty sure they stated that you'll be able to just buy the other exotic glaive patterns once you get your first, but I forget when it's supposed to happen. It's RNG just bad luck. ~120 Master wellspring to get all 3. fyi you don't need to be a certain class to drop them, you can drop all three patterns just playing one class.

Last season I ran at least 50-60 normal wellsprings and got nothing. Once I started doing master I got both patterns within 10ish runs. Not sure if this is just rng or not, but it does seem like a better chance with master. Yes. Confirmed by bungie.
