I've summoned surges at all three working leyshrines, defeated the boss at the end of each, and even got some pretty sweet thralls and loot, but no matter what I do, the Summon a Surge journey step won't complete! I've looked all over the internet and found help for the Defeat a Surge Enemy journey step, but not the other one.

Just grabbing the dbs file and trying to overwrite it caused it to glitch. Single player/co-op character transfer still works but it seems the new journey steps weren’t tested using it, you’re only choice would be wait for a fix or start new characters and give yourself the stuff you had from EL with the admin panel.

Yesterday a purge triggered, and during the purge I knocked out a Tier 4 Blacksmith, and placed him on a Greater Wheel of Pain. Journey challenges are still bugged.
