A bunch of Filipino players like me play on Tonberry for example. OCE Players usually play on JP servers. Tonberry has the biggest international community there. American living overseas as well, (Bahrain) , when I came back to the game, ping was terrible on US so I moved to Spriggan on Chaos. Exitlag is my best friend.

Only one of note is Balmung. Probably aether, given that everyone I did late night stuff with pre datacenter split is on Aether servers. Famifrit works well. However that is more midwest than western. There is definitely no shortage of groups on Aether. I dont think there is a dedicated server where most west coast players gather.
