Repels are a bad idea against Margaret, as she absorbs the element she attacks with. You can lose Repel Dark, as she doesn’t use instakills. I would want Enduring Soul on any persona I take to fight Margaret. Apt Pupil enhances Hassou Tobi, and Megidolaon is not optimal as it’s expensive and Yoshitsune’s Magic stat is not brilliant.

The absorb/reflect scenario is the only scenario I've seen that is valid, but it's also really uncommon and usually limited to trash mobs to which there's other answers.
