The Xfinity remote can be paired with the Bose device but the Bose remote paired with the Xfinity cable box I wouldn't have the codes or additional troubleshooting steps on the Bose remote to make it work I'm only able to troubleshoot the Xfinity remote to work with the Bose device. I apologize.
