It doesnt leak much, but you can see blue smoke especially at startup. I tried cleaning the CDR, but I think it got worse after that (no i didnt use compressed air, only a gas bath and air dry).Dont really need any head work, they flow better than PSD heads. The head bolts or studs are a weak point, the heads will lift above 10 or 12 psi in short order. Take off the spacer and it works for the IDI. Exact same Starter. Power Master 9050 = IdI Engine. Power Master 9051 = Power Stroke Engine.
