If you get a normal infection just make sure you serilize the wound and keep your bandages clean. Then it will heal. If you're bitten or scratched so you catch the zombie virus, there is no way to cure it. It seems that I got infected with the zombie virus, I guess. And it says that I have mild nausea. Yep.
