by. After 5 years with ThinkorSwim I have had it!! I'm leaving them. I day trade and my most important trades are in first 15-20 mins of the market open. This is where Thinkorswim freezes up, does not reflect order updates, does not show that my order is cancelled or sometimes simply freezes. This had in lot of days in Feb and March and 2 times ... I think the grid is $1.00 for TradingView and $0.50 for Thinkorswim. In addition, the time axis labels should be clarified. I think the first TradingView candle outside the yellow-shaded (premarket) area is 9:30-10:00 ET; I think the Thinkorswim chart is labeled in CT so the corresponding candle is the "8:30" red one.I guess that doesnt matter, I just want to use the charts anyway. Yet when I click watchlist, it tells me I can view presets. Only it wont. I press watchlists and nothing happens. The loading icon refused to go away, which is what is causing the issue I think. It just keeps loading and loading. If I push the issue, it eventually freezes entirely. Hit enter and it went to the folder where thinkorswim is installed. I clicked on the green icon for thinkorswim, the file name appears, the clicked "Open". Then the TOS name appears in the "Allowed apps and features" list: I clicked private and public check boxes, hit OK. Now it suppose to have the app allowed.Thinkorswim Multiple Monitors.
