I thought Eleonora's Poleblade was a no-brainer for a DEX / ARC build, but I've heard some debate over the subject. godskin peeler is broken on blood affinity but dual wielding twinblades is not that good for bleed sense u only get 65% status build up from both weapons, godskin peeler gets faster bleed on its own as it hits twice for 200% bleed and with a running heavy that hits 4 times u can bleed late game bosses in 1 hit if u have seppuku on it. also eleonoras poleblade has a super good ash of war and ...Rivers of blood will hit harder, but eleonora's procs multihit talismans and bleed faster because it double hits per r1.. running r2 is real good also btw.
