But you are right, multi hit only really makes sense with a big, two-handed weapon, and even that is questionable. Hammer is the best one. The lower damage over the other short blunts doesn't matter for number of "hits to kill", what matters is that it weights 1kg, so it uses less endurance per hit than the ones that weight 1.5kg. Less endurance used equals more zombies killed before you have to rest.
