I'd also network like crazy with the team during my rotations while Blackrock's chances seem much lower. During the interview process, the director said there was 1 spot available in research.

They tend to go for credit analysts with 2-3 experience. Outside of rare exceptions I don't believe they generally hire undergrads. I have heard that prestige and compensation are both very good. Great place to work if you can get in.
