New electrical front to back (solenoid, CDI, rectifier, battery, etc) and have new carb kit in which was professionally installed and tuned to factory spec by authorized Suzuki dealer mechanic. Hook the jaws on the yoke and i put a 1/4" drive socket on the u joint cap to press on. Then tighten the bolt and press the cup out. If it dont want to press very well because the caps are rusted in. Try pressing on the opposite cap to break the rust bond so you dont stretch the ears of the yoke out. Like. S.Just rebuilt a 400 from the crank up.
