It is very accurate with a nice 4.5 lb trigger pull. I took it out this evening to do do some night fire practice and could not see the front sight.MGW makes a shoe SP 153 specific for the P365. I picked up one from Brownells and used it to replace my front sight to an Ameriglo ProGlo orange. No problem at all if you are used to using the MGW Sight-Pro pusher.
