Everyone was courteous and helpful from check in, to ticket sales, shuttle driver and security at the gate. If one chooses to stay on the property there are different pools to choose from, basketball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, and restaurants on site.

Both are pretty well located. Vistana has a ton to offer as far as comfort and convenience. Harbour Lakes is a smaller property that feels more secure and homey. Harbour Lakes is great with awesome daily activities and pools/water activities like no other. We have been taking our kids there since one was two years old.

I think the pool at the Sheraton is a bit more fun as it has large waterfalls cascading into the pool. The layouts are pretty much the same along with the activities. The Grand Vista has a very nice restaurant on site at the golf course. They also have a lot of areas to walk if you like to do that.
