The circuit includes all wires, switches, connectors, fuse, battery power source, lights, motors, actuators or other solenoids/relays and finally a ground that completes the circuit. So my advice is the same.

I do have the dual battery setup. Voltage is 12.5 across the battery terminals of both batteries at rest. 14.02 & 14.04 on each battery at idle. 13.92 Volts at pulse bar at idle.
