This document is a reference for options available in the Klipper config file. The descriptions in this document are formatted so that it is possible to cut-and-paste them into a printer config file. See the installation document for information on setting up Klipper and choosing an initial config file. I ran the calibrate command for the hot end but keep getting "PID calibrate interrupted" after running for a few minutes. The issue im having is this worked fine before with the fan. But now even with the fan at 50 percent the calibrate keeps getting "interrupted". Without the blower fan on it calibrates and i get the pid values.

Hi, I'm very new to Klipper and want to PID tune both my hot end and my bed. Can someone tell me what steps I need to take to do this. I know for Marlin, I send G-code commands (e.g. M301, M303), but all I see defined on the Klipper GitHub is the " PID_CALIBRATE HEATER " command and not any actual G-code commands.

AS i learned today, the current PID algo doesnt care. It will compensate. Thats the point. Some people can tune with fan on some it will fail, but when they print ZERo problems.
