If it does not quit, could be switch adjustment, switch itself or connections/wiring. Next, the problem of missing.

I have a 2000 kawasaki vulcan 1500 classic that has a problem starting. I turn on the ignition switch and the spedometer lights up as well as the turn signal lights. I press the starter button and it does not turn over at all. If I keep pressing the button several times it may start eventually. Once it turns over it starts easy enough.

Had alread installed the fresh air block off plates to prevent backfiring.
