Watching all the P/S KA vids on 2x (so 2.2x is even faster) speed takes just over 13 hours to do (someone did the math on this and I saved it for reference), so you can definitely fit in the videos and reading over the doc. The 300 page doc is more like a transcript of the videos but there are a lot of additional info not from the videos so it's worth at least skimming along to find which info aren't on the video. For CARS, I've been using Jack Westin (JW). This is a continuing struggle for me.

MCAT Psych/Soc Strategy 1: Don't Mix Up Terms and Theories. If you want to know how to study psych/soc, then remember that it's mostly about mastering definitions through memorization. The MD and Khan Academy both follow Kaplan, so the 300 pg doc would be super close to MD's deck.
