JM Marked 1978 Pre Safety Gold Trigger collector. This is a JM marked Marlin 336 in 30-30 Winchester. It was made in 1978 and is a pre-crossbolt safety model. It is in excellent collector condition with gold trigger and 20in barrel. It is just as it left the factory with no sling swivel studs and bullseye in place.The old Marlin factory used a JM stamp, the new Remington/Marlin owners currently use a REP stamp, etc., etc. Hope that helps...
