Mine (2018 model) doesn't ask for a valve clearance check until 4,000 miles, whereas this one says to inspect at 600 miles. 15hp = tq*6500/5252 => tq = 12.12 ft-lb. if I recall correctly, that’s about the max torque that the Koso 4v was making at roughly 8300 rpm. Since it was max, that means there was a lower torque than than, so prolly around 8-10, so its probably not going to happen. Maybe a 235 4v could do it. I've got the same problem, started at around 1500 miles, split second break up when accelerating in second gear after a turn at around 4500-5000rpm. Only happened like 3 times over the next 1000 miles so no big deal but a week ago I went on a longer ride and it did it like 6-7 times in 2 and 3 gear and one time for like 2-3 seconds in 4th!
