Fixed designs, I believe, will have to involve gear sets and just Penumbra to override the look of whatever you're wearing. Thankfully Penumbra has item swap if you need to edit what item your chosen mod is for. If anyone has easier ways of applying glamourer designs though I'll love you forever. 6.
