A Change can be good. I think floor 3 rates are comparable to rooftops. If you have priff doing that from 75 to 82 is faster. At 82 the rates at sepulchre start to out pace rooftops fast and the loot becomes worth it. I would only loot the highest 2 lvl floors you can to save time.
