I just upgraded to a Droid 4, which selects the very weak 4G signal I get from the tower near my home over the very strong 3G signal I get from my network extender. Under my online account view, going to Account > My Devices > Device Overview, a 3G network extender still shows up on my account. For some reason, nobody for the past 3 years knows how to remove it. Every single agent keeps telling me "rest assured, it will be removed". Everytime I call the #48 it states I am not connected to extender coverage to move closer to the extender. I am 6 ft from it in my chair. I have a 3g extender and just need it for calls. I am not trying to use it for data. I do not want to have to keep turning on and off a setting in my phone or anything else each time I enter my house.
