Jun 18, 2023 · Try to find location of the serial number. Pull the handgaurd and look at the barrel in front of the trunnion for the markings to see what parts kit it was built from. Also check the bolt head and bolt carrier for their markings. A factory FMP reciever properly built into a G3 using an HK or FMP barrel and bolt carriers would be better than a PTR.
