Yeah, it's a 3500 and the customer told us afterwards he put the parts on for his towing and fuel mileage. It's just shit luck like all the other cranks that have broken in the past. I replaced the crankshaft seal behind the harmonic balancer, replaced the bolt, torqued it to 74ftlbs and then added 90 degrees. Put it all together and fire it up. Within a few seconds the harmonic balancer bolt has backed itself off. It is on a 2015 Sierra 3500hd with the 6.6L if that changes anything.Jan 21, 2016 · Got a new crank, keyed it.
