There are Deathtrap Builds that i use with low Anarchy. You can exploit the Make It Sparkle bug. With UCP is even better, i went through all op levels with a lvl 80 shock Fibber just by upgrading a Bee for Gaige and a Love Thumper for DT. Leg.
