Hello, I have an issue that started happening about a month ago and everything was fine for the first 5 months of service. Like the subject says, I am getting massive ping spikes or basically 100% packet loss at every 15 minutes intervals, throughout the day, everyday. It's definitely NOT random.

@JefferMC, doing some googling around it seems that traceroute can return multiple ips for a single hop if the all have the same weight kind of like a load balancer.. What I was pointing out is the skewed latency in 1 of the 3 returned addresses on each run. Also there were more than 3 addresses each time as well, which means there are more that 3 ips with the same weight between hop 6 and 7. Promos & discounts.
