So for example some areas band 4 might be allowed but not band 2 or it might leave the country where tmobile owns no spectrum. In that case it's not suppose to work at all. I finally got a CellSpot, which worked great, but caused by WiFi coverage to not work upstairs, which is where we spend most of our time. We unplugged our T-Mobile CellSpot from our Spectrum Wi-Fi router (so we can turn it in to Spectrum) and plugged it into one of the two Nest Wi-Fi boxes. It stopped working. We have reset it (30 seconds) and even turned the power off and on again, but we cannot get all the lights to return.

The CellSpot then starts IKEV2_AUTH with T-Mobile, and never receives a reply back from T-Mobile. This lack of a reply explains why the device does not establish the VPN tunnel with T-Mobile. The CellSpot then starts over with the IKEV2_INIT query all over again, and is just in a loop trying to finish the IKE VPN negotiation.
