Worse thermals. My first PC was a mid-tower, and I built a smaller PC for my gf. It's not a "true" SFF but it was significantly smaller case. I wanted to build a mini ITX system, but it ended up being around $200-$300 more expensive than a bigger mATX build. Mini ITX motherboards and Mini ITX cases are more expensive than their mATX counterparts.

SG13 can fit a ATX PSU and a GPU of up to 270mm (I Think you can get like another 2-3mm but don't quote me on that) that just means you can't fit big chonky three fan GPUs but all dual fan gpus should fit.
