Honestly i dont consider tanks a tank unless they have 90+range and defesne along with vengence. ofc no more then 75 atk/str. the reason why i demand higher defense of tanks is most people have 70-75 defense and its not all that great. Once you hit the 85+ defense its starts letting you outlast your opponents food wise.

yeah you could just max a main and then train a 1 def pure! it's definitely the meta. I think the best way to experience all aspects of pvp in OSRS is to pk in multi on your main with a clan, and then pk in singles or small man multi trips on a 1 defense pure.
