As the title implies my goals are to take a Predator 212 Hemi and try to improve the low and mid range power while not giving up very much (hopefully none) power in the higher rpms. The plan is to keep the stock cam, rod, piston, flywheel, valve springs... Basically all of the internals will be stock. Governor will be completely removed. I checked the compression an it was about 30psi. The motor does run but requires the adjustment on the carb to be adjusted and many pulls to get it started.

BTW, since it is a 212cc on a Dingo with (assuming) 18" Tires you should be using a Torque Converter. If a 30 series with 6" Driven pulley, it will have a 10% overdrive.
